This class is dedicated to all the ladies who would like to work on their strength, focus on form, and master technique for some of the most important primary lifts!!

This is a 1 hour beginner-friendly class on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6pm




SHE STEPS
SATURDAY’S @ 12PM
VIRTUAL-TUES @7:30PM EST

Imagine Step Aerobic Class but in 2022! Great music, and even better vibes!

This is a full 1 hour cardio based class where you can burn up to 500+ calories while having fun!

We will be breaking down step routines with you, and turning up to different styles of music such as ATL crunk, hip hop, afro beats, and so much more!

This class is now also offered VIRUTALLY every Tuesday at 7:30pm EST. An aerboic step board is required, and light dumbbells and resistance bands are highly encouraged!




6AM SHE TRAINS
MON, WED, & FRI @ 6AM

Are you an early bird!?… Whether your goals are to shred, tone up, and/or build muscle this class if for YOU!

We will be offering small group training which includes a combination of weight training, HIIT cardio, and core exercices.
This is a 1 hour class which will occur 3 days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.




8:30PM SHE TRAINS
MON,WED, & THURS 8:30PM

Whether your goals are to shred, tone up, and/or build muscle this class if for YOU!

This is a 1 hour class which will occur 3 days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.





ENHERGY BOOTCAMP
MON & WED @7PM & SAT @10AM
VIRTUAL-THURS @7:30PM EST

This is a bootcamp style class that involves high intensity cardio exercises and muscular endurance training.

Expect to work up a sweat, build strength, and burn calories!
This class is a great option if you are a beginner or working on getting back into a consistent gym routine.
This is a 1 hour class which will occur 3 days a week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm, and Saturdays at 10am.

This class is now also offered VIRUTALLY every Thursday at 7:30pm EST. A pair of dumbbells and a mini-resistance band are required!




SHE BOXES
TUES & THURS @7:15PM

How cool does an ALL-WOMEN Boxing class sound!? This class includes a variety of bag work, shadow boxing, & foot work! This is a great class to burn some calories, and to learn the basics of boxing!
This is a 1 hour class which will occur 2 days a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:15pm.




REGGAE FIT
VIRTUAL ONLY-SUN @ 11AM

Reggae Fit is a class mixed with dancehall dance moves and techniques, curated with fitness to give it an authentic vibe. Creating an environment of enHERgizing thrill!
One of a kind, free of judgement, and all levels of fitness are welcome! You will forget it’s a whole workout! Look out for any in-person pop-up classes!

This class is ONLY offered VIRUTALLY every Sunday at 11am EST. A mini-resistance band is required!
